Youth players with no skills

I've just had a bug pointed out with youth players being requested for the new positions.

They were coming through with skills of zero which is obviously not right. I have now fixed the error and given the players in question some stats to start them off.

Their potential was not part of the bug so the players will get the stats they should have over time, patience pending.
