New game engine - update

After running through the games from last week with the new game engine and applying one or two fixes, things are looking good for it to be implemented at the end of this season.

That will mean the scouting, training, youth and team selection pages will all be replaced for Season 20 (which seems a good season number to change it for).

To get a better idea of some of the match engine changes take a look at the development blog. It will hopefully explain why it needs changing.

One other change I will be making is evaluating the teams ruined by the sad cheats that have managed to get clubs in the past and correcting them so they can compete. I will be evaluating them myself but if you know of any examples then please let me know.
