Removal of the transfer list

The end is nigh! Well for the current transfer list anyway.

I have nearly completed the transfer pool system which will be a new version of the transfer list. As such, I intend to launch it in the next few days, depending on my free time.

This means that the current transfer list needs to be removed. In order for this to happen I will let bids for players on the list happen this week but next week there should be no transfer list. Therefore, if you submit a player to go on the list it may well be ignored.

Towards the end of this week I may well have both systems (transfer list and transfer pool) on the site running in tandem but this will only be temporary as I tweak things. Once I have the transfer pool working fully, I will remove the transfer list and, here’s the possible confusing part, rename available players to become the transfer list.

In the end, there will be a transfer list of players to make offers to loan or buy directly from other teams and a transfer pool of players that you can bid for – this will have a few differences from the current transfer list bidding system.

I hope this makes sense............. once I have changed this over, I can start on other aspects of the game.
