League history added

I have finally managed to get round to converting the league history for the game into the new site format.

You can access it using the 'statistics archive' at the bottom of the left hand menu.

During converting, I also managed to get the results into the database (which is where they should have been since season 1 but I wasn't that clever then) and this means that I can now come up with different ways to display these historical results as well as the league table/results per season approach. I'm thinking along the lines of doing a club vs club search where you can see all the results between any two clubs.

You will probably also notice that the tables have been split into home and away results. I intend to bring this view into the current season 'league tables' in the future.

I haven't done the cup results yet and this will be a tricky one so don't expect it that quickly. However, it is my next task...
