New loan system

The first major change to Mystify in years has just been implemented. Hopefully it will work as planned.

It's a re-vamped player loan system.

Loans can now occur within a week without having to wait until league matches have been played - this should be very useful if you have any unforeseen injuries or suspensions. You also have the option of loaning more than one player a week should you need to. Loans may also be cancelled after 4 weeks have passed, by either team, should the need arise.

Finally, the loaning club doesn't necessarily have to pay all the players' wages. This all depends on how much, in terms of a percentage, is agreed between the two managers.

However, loan deals must now occur for a minimum of 4 weeks. This is to stop players being loaned out for one-off big matches.

I think that covers all the differences. The rules have been updated in accordance with the changes.

It's not perfect and changes may still be made to the loan system as time goes on but it should be a lot better than the old system.

Please let me know if you spot any bugs and I can try and get them sorted as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I'll be working on improving the transfer system.
