New code live

Hopefully this won't cause too many issues but there is now new transfer and contract code live on the site so please let me know ASAP if you spot anything that you don't think is right.

Even if it ends up being correct, I'd rather be quizzed so that I can make sure.

Alongside that I am temporarily pausing the 10pm contract and transfer run so I can manually run it. It'll probably be in the mornings for the next few days. Even with this, though, please let me know if a transfer or contract has been accepted (or not) that you don't think should have.

I'll leave this to bed in for a few days before working through my next list of simpler jobs on the site.
