Positional training & Penalty takers

I've just added 2 new features to the site. Details of both have also been added to the rules.

The first is to give you the option to train players for a new position. This is done from the training page and this kind of training for a player runs alongside the usual training. It will take either 10 or 30 weeks for them to be trained to their new position depending on the area they are being moved to. Positional training can be cancelled from the player page or it is automatically done when the player is sold/loaned out so the purchaser doesn't get somebody in a different position.

The penalty taker is set on the team selection page. It isn't mandatory as one will be selected for you if required. This gives that player the responsibility of taking all penalties within the 90 (or 120) minutes of the game, providing they are on the pitch.

This leads me to my final point of something I have started the implementation of and that is the information as to when substitutions occur. I also want to but booking and sending off times into the match report. Bear with me on this as it's something I need to test behind the scenes for a while but I am hoping I will get it in at some point. Alongside this is to tell you who had what shots.
