New shortlist feature

I know this is only something simple but it was on my 'to do' list.

You now have the option of adding players to a shortlist so you can keep an eye on them and find them again more easily. I am intending to extend this option so that you can receive messages when they are transferred should you wish and maybe even keep a track of your historical bids but before I add too much I want to make sure it is working in its current form.

As usual, let me know if you find any bugs around it.
