Extra transfer restriction

As I am aiming to open the transfer system up a bit more in the future I have been busy trying to come up with ways to deter cheating and get them into the game first.

One of these ways has been implemented today. From now on you can only make a maximum number of 2 transfers with another team over a 30 week period. Bids via the transfer pool are not counted in this though.

This should also keep things fairly realistic. If you have any opinions on this change then by all means let me know.

I still have loads of ideas for the game and am trying to implement things gradually, as well as tweaking the game engine, over time. I don't tend to announce changes to the game engine though as I feel that may give people unfair advantages but I just want to re-assure you it is happening and I'm not neglecting it.

Finally for now, I do read the messageboard from time to time but can tend to miss points on there so if you do have ideas or think aspects are strange then please mail me and let me know. I respond to every mail (eventually!) and want to improve the game where I can.
