I've just been reading the messageboard and seen a few messages about the youth academy and players still being rubbish after ten weeks.

The new youth academy is totally different to the last one and the ten weeks is not when the player will be at his best. You can keep your your players for much longer, until they are 19, and they will continue to improve.

Getting rid of them after ten weeks will more than likely be a waste of money as your training expenditure will have gone towards nothing.

Just thought it may be worth explaining that.
