Training increases/decreases

I've seen and had a few messages regarding player skills and analysing the changes each week.

As I have said before, this is on my list of things to be done soon. I've just had a lot on recently, non Mystify related, but I'm hopeful in the next few weeks I can implement the relevant notifications.

I appreciate it needs doing and it will be done as soon as I get the relevant time.

I have two quick things to do first (mentioned on the development blog) and then training notifications are next on my list.
