Mailbox facility

Over the weekend I have made an addition to the game which I hope you will all like.

You should now have a mailbox into which you will receive all your transfer news from the system (or the 'Mystify FA'). These mails will now stay in your mailbox until you choose to delete them. Over time, as I develop and upgrade the other game systems, you will receive other mail into your mailbox.

Your 'messages' will stay for the time being as all messages that go into here belong to systems that I will be improving over time. As and when I improve them, I will make the 'mailbox' the place to go to view your information instead. Unlike 'messages' which is cleared weekly, your inbox will not be cleared unless you choose to do it. This should assist managers who go on holiday as they will no longer miss messages.

Alongside this is the ability to mail other managers directly. These mails can be replied to (as well as deleted) so that you can keep your correspondence on the site.

To go along with this, I have given all managers the facility to play the game more privately. I know some people have issues with their email address being viewable on the site so ticking this box will hide your address from other managers. I think I have caught all pages where your email address could possibly appear but please drop me a message if you spot addresses being displayed when they shouldn't be and I will make the necessary changes.

I have also defaulted everybody to be a private player in the first instance so you will have to go to your account details and clear the 'Private' box if you wish to have your email addresses displayed to other managers. I have no problem with people discussing transfers and other aspects of the game via personal email, I just want to give managers the option to choose.

Should you remain 'private' then I will still have access to your addresses but they will be for my use only should I need to contact you. In the future they may also be used to receive game updates should you request them (perhaps even receive your mailbox mail too) but for now you can play the game as publicly or privately as you wish.

I hope you like the changes that I am starting to bring in. At the moment, I am working on more every spare bit of time that I get. The game is nowhere near where I want it to be.
