New transfer system

I have just put the new transfer system live. Please feel free to use it and test it out. If you find any bugs with it then please let me know ASAP.

I know you won't necessarily all agree on the player values or even any of the new limitations but that can't be helped. Unfortunately you've all got used to the poor system that has been in place for years - more importantly the unfair values of a 10 rated 20 year old having the same minimum fee as a 10 rated 35 year old - which is just wrong!

Eventually there will be more aspects to base player values on but at least they are fairer now taking age and other things into consideration, rather than just a single rating.

In theory, there is a maximum and minimum value that each player can be purchased for now and it's up to the managers to get the best deal they can.

The old transfer system will be staying for a week or so (maybe longer depending on any problems) whilst the new system gets tweaked and you may find some players are better valued with this for the time being but it will be removed as soon as I think the new system is working OK.

The free transfer and bidding system of transfers will be staying for a while afterwards however until I improve these aspects of the game also.
