Substitution bugs

Unfortunately some issues with substitutions have been pointed out to me that occurred due to situations I hadn't thought of in the code. I don't mean substitute situations, I mean situations around the way the whole thing has been programmed.

I have now fixed these issues and hopefully there won't be any more for future games.

The issues involved substitutions not happening when losing and in some cases, the wrong player going onto the pitch.

I can't run the matches again but I do apologise for not thinking of all possibilities and causing erroneous substitutions for some of you.

If you have any issues that you found that aren't related to the 2 fixes above then by all means, let me know so I can fix them before Monday's cup matches.
