Positional training

Today I have uploaded a change to the positional training system in that 30 weeks is now a default for all positional training unless pre-defined in a list you can find in the rules.

It used to be 30 weeks for all, apart from those changes where the change was in the same area of the pitch (which was 10 weeks) but I have now tried to make it a little more realistic so that a left midfielder can change to a left winger far quicker. On the flip side, you may find that some positions are now longer than they were; left back to right back for example.

In the interests of fairness, I have altered all current training to make sure it is the new value at most.

I may alter these values from time to time in order to keep improving it but from now on they will only occur for new submissions - not current players being trained.
