Shortlist tweak

I received a suggestion for the transfer shortlist this week and added it to my growing list of ideas.

However, as it was a relatively straightforward one I have bumped it to the top of the list and made it just now.

From now on, if a player on your shortlist is the subject of a transfer or loan offer from another team, you will be notified via a message in your mail.

If this works OK, then I shall look at giving a similar notification when an offer is accepted.
