Transfer/Loan message change

I have just made a slight update to the site with regards to the messages when offers have been made for players or transfers have actually been completed.

What should happen now is that the player and team names involved should be click-able to the appropriate team or player.

If you find any bugs with this then please let me know. Once all is well I will look at doing the same with messages to do with injuries and retirements.
