Transfer pool bug

Just a quick message to apologise for the transfer pool failing this week.

No bids were taken into consideration because I had screwed up the code. I had to change it so that managers with more than 1 team could not successfully bid for players at their other team.

It looks like I got it wrong. It has now been fixed for next week but I can't re-run the bids for last week now so apologies to anybody who bid or who had players on there.
